Data Deletion Instructions

If you connected your business

1. Remove the app: Facebook Settings, then Business Integrations, then remove CM Web Creator. For LINE, remove the webhook URL from your LINE Official Account.
2. Email cmwebcreator@gmail.com with the Page or account name and ask for deletion.

We delete your access tokens and any copies of your data we hold within 30 days and reply by email when it is done. Conversation logs in your own Google Sheet stay under your control.

If you messaged a business that uses the Service

Email us with the business name and the approximate time of your messages. We will delete what we hold and tell the business to remove your messages from its records.
