Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026. This policy covers the CM Web Creator website and the social inbox automation service ("the Service") operated by CM Web Creator, 699/39 Moo 12, Pa Daet, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50130, Thailand.

What we collect

• From business owners who connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account or LINE Official Account: your name, the Page or account ID and name, and the access token that the platform issues to the Service.
• From people who message a connected business: the sender's platform-scoped ID, display name when the platform provides it, message text and time.
• From website visitors: nothing beyond standard server logs.

How we use it

• To receive messages sent to the connected business and send the replies that the business has configured.
• To record conversations in the business's own Google Sheet so the business can follow up.
• We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the connected business and the processors listed below.

Processors

• Meta Platforms and LINE Corporation, to deliver messages.
• Google (Sheets), to store conversation logs owned by the business.
• AI model providers (Anthropic or OpenAI) when the business enables AI replies. Message text is sent to generate a reply and is not used by us for any other purpose.

Retention

Access tokens are kept while the business stays connected. Conversation logs stay in the business's Google Sheet under the business's control. When a business disconnects, we delete its tokens and any copies we hold within 30 days.
