Terms of Service

The Service

We connect your Facebook Page, Instagram account or LINE Official Account to an automated reply and logging system that you configure. You must be an admin of every Page or account you connect.

Your responsibilities

• Follow the terms and policies of Meta and LINE, including messaging windows and rules on promotional content.
• Make sure the replies you configure are accurate and lawful.
• Pay the platform and AI usage fees that apply to your own accounts.

Availability

We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Platforms can change or restrict their APIs at any time.

Ending the Service

You can disconnect at any time from the platform's settings or by emailing us. We delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
